Teacher Preparation Department Chairperson Toni Howard presented two workshops at the 2019 SUNY Early Childhood Education Conference held in Saratoga this week. The three-day conference brought together over 500 educators, directors and early childhood advocates, and Toni presented on two topics:
- A Positive Guidance Approach … Beyond the Time Out Chair
- Highlighting Parent Involvement
This is the biggest annual SUNY conference for early childhood educators and the theme of the conference was “Educate, Advocate, and Elevate.”
